Project Manager - Mid-Senior Level Experience - Full Time Employment
- Job description: Project Manager with proven experience needed to schedule fabrication and construction to suit contract requirements. Our Project Managers are responsible for the generation of purchase requisitions for materials and subcontracts. Candidate will be expected to attend progress meetings at construction sites, coordinate engineering and fabrication efforts internally and externally and is ultimately responsible for project P/L . Contract sizes range from $20,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Looking for someone with 5-7 Years Experience. Individual should be capable with Microsoft Office products including Project, Word and Excel, familiarity with Tekla Steel Detailing Software and Fabtrol is a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience.
Estimator - Mid-Senior Level Experience - Full Time Employment
- Job Description: Project Estimator with proven experience needed to perform estimating including budgetary estimates, conceptual design build estimates, and plan and spec estimates. Our project estimators are responsible for the generation of manual take off materials, take off and sourcing of subcontract fabrication and erection. Estimated purchase requisitions for materials and subcontracts. Candidate will be expected to attend bid meetings, post bid interviews and negotiate sales. Looking for someone with 5-7 Years Experience. Individual should be capable with Microsoft Office products including Project, Word and Excel, familiarity with spreadsheet estimating software and Fabtrol is a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience.
